MinBanc Foundation, Inc. is a private foundation formed in 1999 with the intent to provide increased opportunities for key employees in the minority banking community. Through our educational grant program, we support workforce development at minority-owned banks and financial institutions in many different states. Just a few of the critical bank-training areas we've helped fund include:

Our foundation promotes diversity in bank ownership, workforce development within the bank industry, and increased access to specialized financial services education in the nation's underserved communities.
