Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we offer grants of up to $5,000 per calendar year to eligible banks for professional education. Whether you are a manager looking to expand your team or an aspiring leader, our grants can strengthen your organization and benefit your community.

Since our establishment, MinBanc Foundation, Inc. has provided over $600,000 in grants to support employee education and training in minority- and women-owned banks with the following conditions:

• Each eligible bank can receive a maximum of $5,000 in grants per calendar year.
• Our grants cover tuition expenses only. Travel and other related costs (such as accommodations and meals) are not eligible for reimbursement.
• Grants are awarded to employees at the management or officer level.
• Grant requests are reviewed and approved every quarter.
• Applications are accepted on a rolling basis but must be submitted within 90 days of course completion.

MinBanc Foundation, Inc. bylaws state that grants can only be awarded for banking-related courses relevant to financial institution management or address current industry issues. General management courses or those associated with continuing college or university degree programs do not qualify.
